The Toronto Blue Jays have made it clear that they are looking to improve their starting rotation and it looks like they are one of the top team to land Sean Manaea.
The Blue Jays struggling starting rotation needs some help which is why they have their eyes on so many starting pitchers and are one of the top teams to land free agent Sean Manaea.

Some of the top free agent pitchers have now signed which only leaves a select few rotation changing pitchers on the market including Max Fried, Corbin Burnes and Sean Manaea.
According to Bleacher Reports latest announcement, the Blue Jays are among the top 4 teams to land Manaea this off-season but his former New York Mets are still the front runners to land him.
Where will Sean Manaea land?
While Manaea is not on the same level as Fried and Burnes, he is a solid reliable pitcher than put up decent numbers for the Mets last season with a 3.47 ERA and 184 strike outs in 181.2 innings pitched.
While the Blue Jays are not Manaea's top options, if they make him the right offer they have a chance at surpassing the Boston Red Sox, Baltimore Orioles and New York Mets.
Whether it is Manaea or another pitcher, the Blue Jays need to start making moves this off-season because if they continue to wait on Juan Soto, they will end up with no free agents left.
The Blue Jays need to start making moves and signing a starting pitcher seems like a must at this point.
