Fisher had an up and down 2024 season which was split between double-A and Triple-A for both the Blue Jays and Dodgers organizations. The 24 year old pitcher had a combined 5.03 ERA between both leagues as he struggled in Triple-A but put up great numbers when pitchers in Double-A with an ERA below 3.00.
This is an interesting move by the Blue Jays but still a smart one since Fisher is still young and has shown potential in the minor leagues even though he will likely not see any major league games this season.
While this minor league signings are great for the organization, fans are eager for the teams to make their first big league signing of the off-season with a ton of talent currently on the board.
