The Blue Jays miss out on another player as Teoscar Hernandez is finalizing a deal with the Dodgers
According to multiple reports, it is believed that free agent outfielder Teoscar Hernandez is finalizing the last details on a new contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
"My understanding is the Dodgers and Teoscar are very much engaged trying to nail the final details of a contract."
The contract between the Dodgers and
Hernandez is set to be a three year deal worth $60 million which would pay him an average salary of $20 million per season.

While the Blue Jays seem to be waiting to see what Soto does other teams are taking advantage of the distraction to sign other top free agents.
The Blue Jays front office stated that they would have a busy off-season and that it would not be a repeat of last year but as of right now it looks very similar as the Blue Jays continue to miss opportunities as they await on the top free agent to make a decision.
Hopefully Atkins wakes up and starts making moves before the entire board is gone.
