The Toronto Blue Jays looking to trade for left fielder
The Toronto Blue Jays are in a tough spot right now as they have yet to find a solid solution for their left field this season which is why they could be searching for one at the trade deadline if they are buyers.
The Blue Jays are set in right field with George Springer and Anthony Santander while centerfield is covered with Daulton Varsho but they still have some serious issues with left field.

Blue Jays might be looking to acquire a new left fielder
The Blue Jays have a decent sized problem in left field as Alan
Roden is the player that has played the most games there this season but due to a tough time at the plate he has been sent down to the minors.
Upgrading in left field certainly feels like the most logical position for the Blue Jays, with a lack of production offensively from Alan Roden. The rookie outfielder has played 19 games in left field, slashing .178/.262/.260. -Ziegler
The Blue Jays could clearly benefit from adding a left fielder at the deadline if they are buyers since it would help defensively but also they need someone that can make a difference at the plate as well.
Joel Reuter of Bleacher Report recently wrote about the biggest need for the Blue Jays if they decide to buy at the trade deadline being to upgrade the corner outfield. -Ziegler
The only issue with acquiring another outfielder is that between their bench and their players in the minors, the Blue Jays already have a ton of outfielder in their system which is why they would need to send one the other way if they trade for another outfielder.
Adding someone at left field at the trade deadline would definitely be a benefit but it comes down to how much they would need to give away in exchange.
