Toronto Blue Jays broadcaster Jamie Campbell shared an incredible story on social media yesterday regarding a young Blue Jays fan named Ethan Timmers.
Campbell was diagnosed back in 2021 with stage 3A Hodgkin's lymphoma in which has been in remission for over the last couple years but that has not stopped him from being an advocate for cancer research as well as sharing stories of his own battles.

During the 2024 season, Campbell invited a young Blue Jays to join him on the broadcast named Ethan Timmers from Strathroy, Ontario who was receiving treatment at the time for stage 3A Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
Campbell went on social media yesterday to give fans an update that Timmers was officially declared cancer-free last Tuesday and also took the time to thank everyone that helped Timmers at the London Health Sciences Centre.

This message shows just how great of a person Campbell is, not only in the booth but outside of it too which is where he has shared his story with millions of fans, while also helping those in similar situations.
