Toronto Blue Jays DFA catcher and infielder as Andres Gimenez returns to the lineup

The Toronto Blue Jays announced a list of roster moves this afternoon which included Ali Sanchez and Michael Stefanic while Andres Gimenez and Tyler Heineman have been reinstated.
The Blue Jays have been making a lot of roster moves lately as players keep going down with injuries while others like Erik Swanson and Davis Schneider are returning to the lineup.
Blue Jays have DFA'd Ali Sanchez and Michael Stefanic as Andres Gimenez returns to the lineup
The Blue Jays announced this afternoon that both Andres Gimenez and catcher Tyler Heineman has finally returned from injury and will be active for their game tonight.
As a result of both Gimenez and Heineman returning to the lineup tonight, the Blue Jays announced that they have DFA'd both Ali Sanchez and Michael Stefanic to make room on their roster.
ROSTER MOVES:
INF Andrés Giménez reinstated from the 10-day IL and will be active for tonight's game
C Tyler Heineman reinstated from the 7-day IL and will be active for tonight's game
INF Michael Stefanic and C Ali Sánchez designated for assignment

Blue Jays activate Andres Gimenez and Tyler Heineman from IL, with Michael Stefanic and Ali Sanchez designated for assignment to clear room.
Hopefully this time off helped Gimenez properly recover that he will return to the lineup with some offensive flair while having Heineman back will definitely take some pressure off of Alejandro Kirk.
These are some solid moves for the Blue Jays which should help them continue to build momentum but very unfortunate for Sanchez and Stefanic.
