Toronto Blue Jays fans are not pleased with manager John Schneider after he did not defend Jose Berrios after fight with Cal Raleigh.
A fight broke out during the game with the Mariners as Berrios caught Raleigh sending relaying signs of what pitches were coming in to the hitter which began a little scrap.
Here's a closer look at the confrontation between Jose Berrios and Cal Raleigh, which occurred at the conclusion of the 4th inning.

Fans are not happy with John Schneider after he did not defend Jose Berrios
After the game, Schneider spoke to the media about the incident stating that it is part of the game to relay pitches and basically stating that Berrios overreacted quite a bit and that the benches should have never cleared.

involving Jose Berrios and Cal Raleigh.. explained it was about pitch relaying, «which is part of the game.»
Schneider appreciated his players standing up for themselves and felt the situation did not warrant benches clearing.

Fans made it clear that they were not happy with how Schneider was talking and expected more from their manager when it comes to defending his players.
The players have to, because Schneider never does.
Defend your f*cking players John
This was not a great look for Schneider who came across as he was almost siding with Raleigh on the incident which definetely did not make Berrios feel took good about the situation.
