Toronto Blue Jays manager John Schneider set to finally be fired

The Toronto Blue Jays went into Sunday's doubleheader against the New York Yankees holding a 13-13 record, good for third in the American League East, but sat just two games behind the division-leading Yankees.
Blue Jays fans want John Schneider fired.
After losing their last three games, the Blue Jays currently sit fourth in their division, 4.5 games behind first place.
Athlon Sports reports that had they won both games Sunday, the Blue Jays could have pulled even with the Yankees in the standings, but that opportunity slipped away after a tough start by Kevin Gausman. He lasted only 2.2 innings, giving up six earned runs before being ejected from the game.

Fans are taking to X to voice their frustrations with the current bench boss.
I really thought we were gonna get a new version (perhaps his actual authentic self and not Shatkin's puppet version) of John Schneider, but 9 games in and this is still the same old John Schneider. Fire him now. Worst manager in baseball.

We'll have to wait and see what happens but if the Blue Jays continue to lose games in this fashion, it's safe to assume that Schneider's job will be in jeopardy.
