Blue Jays manager John Schneider speaks on Bo Bichette and George Springer's injuries
The Blue Jays had a tough day when it came to injuries yesterday as two of their best players in Bichette and Springer both went down with injuries that seemed to be quite serious.
After the Blue Jays 5-4 win over the Yankees, he stated that Springer is currently list as day to day and could be available today for the Blue Jays against the Yankees.
Good news for Blue Jays as George Springer's considered day to day and likely in there tomorrow per manager John Schneider.
As for Bichette, apparently he was taking some ground balls yesterday when he stepped on a ball and seemed to have hurt his knee but apparently the Blue Jays have yet to scheduled any scans which means it is hopefully not too serious.
«Bichette was taking ground balls early, and made a throw from the hole, was backpedaling and stepped on a ball that was sitting in the outfield, Docs checked him out. No tests are planned as of now.»
