The Toronto Blue Jays pulled off a solid win last night against the Cleveland Guardians and during the game pitcher Max Scherzer was caught mocking the home plate umpire.

Scherzer has been out for the past month with a thumb injury but has been travelling with the team and watching games from the dugout which hopefully means he will soon be back.

The Blue Jays had a rough stretch over he last couple weeks but have recently turned things around over the last few games as they won their last series against the Boston Red Sox and last night won game 1 of a 3 game series against the Guardians.
During the game last night, the camera's caught Scherzer making fun of the home plate umpire in the fifth inning as he was clearly laughing at him and have a fun time doing it.
Not Max Scherzer literally trolling the umpire
Scherzer was seen pretending to flip a coin then make a call for a ball or a strike clearly pointing out that the home plate umpire has no idea what he is calling and just randomly going about it.

This is the type of things that fans love to see as it shows a funny and joking side of MLB players which is not always there.
While it was all for jokes, clearly Scherzer is not to fond of the umpire since he would not be making those jokes if he did not think the umpire was doing a good job.
