The Toronto Blue Jays announced some shocking roster mvoes this evening as they decided to DFA pitcher Dillon Tate while placing Andres Gimenez on IL.
Gimenez left the game a few night's ago with a quad injury and it looks like he is currently listed as day to day but now that he has been placed on IL, it might be more serious than previously expected.

According to reports, the Blue Jays have DFA'd Dillon Tate and placed Andres Gimenez on 10 day IL while they have called up Michael Stefanic to replace Gimenez for the time being.
