The Blue Jays traded Trevor Richards to the Twins at the trade deadline for shortstop Jay Harry.
Richards time in Minnesota is short lived as the Twins have decide to designate Richards for assignment.
The #MNTwins have DFA'd RHP Trevor Richards, per a team announcement.
Richards was MIN's only trade deadline acquisition and he wound up throwing just 13 innings for them with 11 walks, 2 hit batters, and 7 wild pitches during his Twins tenure.
