Blue Jays Justin Turner recently had an interview on Foul Territory where he spoke of how much he loves being in Toronto and how great of an organization it is.
Turner mentioned in his interview how the Blue Jays go above and beyond to take care of their players and their families. He added that the facilities are incredible and that they make sure that the wives and children are always taken care of.
This is why the Jays will be serious contenders for big free agents for years to come. They almost got Ohtani to bail on L.A. because of their facilities. Players talk. Can't underestimate the culture Shapiro has built off the field.

The former World Series champion mentioned that this high level of treatment by the organization get talked about by the players in the league which will make top free agents want to play for the Blue jays.
