During yesterdays defeat against the Milwaukee Brewers, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. got his bat entangled in the protective mesh during the fourth inning. In a shocking display, Vladdy swung his bat so hard, it got stuck in the mesh for nearly two whole innings. The at-bat ultimately ended with Guerrero Jr. grounding out to second base in disappointing fashion. The whole ordeal of having the bat get stuck in the netting symbolizes the frustrating offensive struggles showcased by the Blue Jays so far this season.
