Guerrero has been taking a lot of heat online lately regarding his lack of offense but he seems to have taken a step in the right direction today with his first homerun of the month.

The Blue Jays picked up right where they left off this afternoon as they won once again against the Giants to give them the sweep and their third win since the all-star break.
After the game, Guerrero spoke with on-field reporter Arden Zwelling in which he stated that the team is working very hard to bring a World Series championship back to Toronto.

This was quite the message from Guerrero that other team's fans might see as overly confident since the Blue Jays did not even make the playoffs last season but at the same time, they keep winning.
The Blue Jays are currently in first place in the American League East and still have a ton of skilled players on IL which means this team should only be getting better towards the end of the season when everyone returns.
This level of confidence is exactly what the Blue Jays need as they head into the final stretch of the season.
Others might get upset but Guerrero clearly is only concerned with bringing a World Series back to Toronto.
