Vladimir Guerrero Jr speaks on negotiations with the Toronto Blue Jays after win against the Orioles
The Toronto Blue Jays are still doing what they can to sign Vladimir Guerrero Jr to a contract extension which he spoke on after the team's win last night against the Baltimore Orioles.
The Blue Jays recently made Guerrero a contract offer of around $500 million prior to Opening Day but he rejected it as his asking price has gone up once again not in the area of $560 million.

The Blue Jays had a tough start to the season as they loss 12-2 on Opening Day but bounced back big time yesterday as the took down the Orioles 8-2 to even the series at one a piece.
After the game, Guerrero was interview after the team's first win of the season and he was asked about playing for the Blue Jays long term to which he stated he loves the team, the city and the fans

Despite signs pointing towards the fact that he might be mroe interested in entering free agency than returning to the Blue Jays, he spoke after Openign Day of wanting to bring a championship back to Toronto.
"We're going to give all we have to help the team win and try to bring a World Series Championship back to Toronto."

The entire Guerrero situation is quite confusing since some days it seems like he does not want to come back while other it seems like he wants to play in Toronto for the rest of his career.
