1 for 1 trade offer announced between the Blue Jays and Texas Rangers

A recent trade proposal was announced involving the Toronto Blue Jays and Texas Rangers which included pitcher Yariel Rodriguez.
The Blue Jays are apparently now looking towards the trade market for missing pieces which is why there has been so many proposals announced which one even included Nathan Lukes going to the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Yariel Rodriguez one for one trade proposal
According to reports, the Blue Jays are looking to bring in more bench bats which is why they have been linked to a few trades and free agents that can fill that hole for them.
Mitch Bannon recently proposed a trade offer that would see the Blue Jays trade Rodriguez to the Rangers in exchange for utility man Ezequiel Duran.
With the Blue Jays putting an emphasis on pitching, Toronto has been linked to trading away pitchers. Jose Berrios' name has come up as a potential trade candidate. But The Athletic's Blue Jays reporter Mitch Bannon predicts Toronto will trade Yariel Rodriguez to the Texas Rangers. -Shelton
Rodriguez was solid for the Blue Jays last season in his first full year out of the bullpen as he finished with a 3.08 ERA in 73 innings pitched and a 3-2 record on the season which included 2 saves.
The Blue Jays are looking to improve their bullpen which is why they are expected to part ways with Rodriguez and look for options that they believe would improve their current bullpen.
Their biggest weakness last season was their bullpen which ended up costing them a few games, especially in the playoffs which is why improving it has become such a focal point for the front office.
This trade could end up being very interesting for the Blue Jays especially if they end up trading a couple of their current bench bats such as Joey Loperfido or Davis Schneider.
