The Toronto Blue Jays need to prepare to replace Bo Bichette as there has yet to be any update on a deal and it looks like a trade with the Philadelphia Phillies could make sense.

There has been no real update on the Blue Jays negotiations with Bichette in quite some time as there has yet to even be a formal offer made which has fans thinking that a deal will not happen.
The Blue Jays need to prepare for Bichette leaving which means finding a new infielder.

Trade proposal involving Trea Turner announced

Replacing Bichette will not be an easy task for the Blue Jays but there is certainly some decent options out there but most would have to come through trade unless they sign Alex Bregman and move Ernie Clement over to second base.
A recent trade proposal made by Caleb Kerney from Heavy.com suggested that the Blue Jays could look to trade both Addison Barger and Jose Berrios in exchange for Trea Turner.
Blue Jays Acquire:

Trea Turner

Phillies Acquire:

Jose Berrios
Addison Barger

This could be a huge deal that would benefit both teams since the Blue Jays would be getting a great infielder in Turner that could definitely replace Bichette and the Phillies would be getting a young slugger and reliable starting pitcher which they are in desperate need of.
Turner still has 8 years left of his contract with an average salary of $27.2 million which is quite a bit but they would also be getting Berrios' $19 million off the books which would help.
"Turner is locked in for another eight years at $27.2 million. Additionally, Berrios will earn $19 million in 2026, with a player opt-out available at the conclusion of the season. If he sticks around, the Phillies would be on the hook for $24 million for an additional two seasons." -Kerney

This trade could actually make a lot of sense if Toronto ends up needing another infielder.
