He is one of the longest tenured players in the entire Blue Jays organization and he finally got his shot.
Alongside Vladimir Guerrero Jr., De Los Santos is the longest tenured player in the Jays organization as they both signed July 2, 2015. In fact, Guerrero Jr. and De Los Santos are the last two players remaining from the Alex Anthopoulos era.
He spent most of this season in the injured list, but even in a small sample size, he is was putting up career best numbers which earned dim his call up.
