The Yankees who have been battling for first with the Blue Jays for the last few weeks have now fallen to third place as the Boston Red Sox continue to pick up momentum and have jumped into third place.
Yankees have now fallen to 3rd place, but the Red Sox are now surging, and only 3 games behind the Blue Jays.
As the Blue Jays look to finish the season holding onto first place, this task will not be easy as they have the 13th hardest schedule left as they will have to face the Brewers, Cubs, Dodgers, Astros, Yankees and Red Sox in that time.
