The Toronto Blue Jays are looking at different options to improve their team for next season which seems to include a blockbuster deal with the Cleveland Guardians.
The Blue Jays have been linked to a few possible trades so far this off-season with the biggest one involving Arizona Diamondbacks Ketel Marte.
Blue Jays looking at trade for Steven Kwan
The Guardians and Blue Jays have made some big deals together over the last year, as they acquired Andres Gimenez trade last off-season and Shane Bieber at the trade deadline this year.
Just last season alone, they acquired Gimenez and Shane Bieber from them, and if they play their cards right, they could land Kwan as well. -Lazary
According to reports, the Blue Jays could be interested in trading for Steven Kwan for next season as he would be a perfect fit for their lineup and outfielder as matching him with Daulton Varsho would be an incredible combo.
He would be a good fit in the outfield. He essentially brings exactly what they already have: great contact, speed and fielding. He and Dalton Varsho would be an elite combination in left field and center. -Lazary
Kwan is not a power hitter but fits perfectly into the Blue Jays contact first offensive plans as he had a .272 batting average last season to go along with a .330 on base percentage.
When looking at his numbers, they don't necessarily jump off the pages with 11 home runs and 56 RBIs but he is a 4 time Gold Glove winner and 2 time all-star.
The Blue Jays just signed Dylan Cease to the second largest contract in team history but it looks like they are not done yet as they plan on making some big moves before the New Year.
