The Rays received Austin Overn, Michael Forret, Caden Bodine and Slater de Brun in exchange for Baz.
Baz has shown that he can be an elite pitcher in the MLB despite have a rougher year in 2025 with a 4.87 ERA in 166.1 innings pitched and 176 strikeouts with a 10-12 record.
