The Blue Jays completed 2 player transactions prior to yesterday game which involved Bowden Francis and Ryan Burr.
Francis was activated off of the 15-day IL list and played in his first game back last night which did not go too well. The Jays pitcher threw for 3.1 innings, giving up 5 hits and 4 runs.
Burr who was recently signed was optioned to Buffalo in Triple-A.
Bowden is back with the boys tonight

Not the most ideal start from Francis' return from injury which has some thinking if he may have come back too soon.
