George Springer clearly grabbed at his side after leaving the game there. He's been playing through knee and wrist injuries, as well (that we know of).

After the game, manager John Schneider stated that Springer is considered day to day with a right side injury.

Considered day to day
While the Blue Jays will likely have a ton of scans and X-Rays done on Springer to make sure they are positive of the results, an oblique injury would certainly bring his season to an end.
Further details on the injury will likely be announced by the team ahead of game 4.
