Blue Jays Leo Jimenez makes the catch of the year jumping into the stands

The Blue Jays took on the Twins yesterday in a disappointing 4-3 loss to close out the series.
The big story from the game came in the 4th inning when Leo Jimenez tracked down a foul ball catching it as he fell into the first row of stands.
The blue jays just performed the best double play I have ever seen oh my god
Then Barger took the ball after everyone was celebrating to throw out the runner heading for home for an incredible double play.
Jimenez seemed to have hurt himself on the play but ended up staying in the game.
