Blue Jays manager John Schneider confirms the worst for Anthony Santander
Toronto Blue Jays manager John Schneider spoke on on outfielder Anthony Santander this morning and things do not look good.
Santander has been struggling quite a bit to start the season for Toronto especially when he signed a massive contract with the Blue Jays plus the fact that he came off a career year in 2024 with the Baltimore Orioles but it has not been pretty so far.
Blue Jays manager John Schneider does not seem too impressed with Anthony Santander
John Schneider had some very interesting poits to say regarding Anthony Sanatnder today as it looks like the fans are not the only ones that are expecting more out of the Blue Jays slugger.
Schneider stated that
Santander is out of the lineup tonight as they are hoping a quick break will help him reset at the plate since if they want to climb the rankings, they need him to produce more.
John Schneider says that Anthony Santander is out of the lineup tonight for a quick break and reset. A lineup change is possible tomorrow, but that's still TBD.

According to an interview this morning, Schneider also stated that there is a chance that they move Santander down the batting order due to his recent struggles which seems like the right move.
John Schneider mentioned today on Blair & Barker that Anthony Santander could move down in the lineup upon his return on Saturday
Santander will likely be upset at being moved down the order but at the end of the day they cannot keep him there if he is struggling just because of his past while other players and doing better.
It will be interesting to see how Santander ends up doing at the plate tomorrow after a day of rest.
