The Toronto Blue Jays have made a lot of additions to their bullpen but have also lost a few pitchers including Seranthony Dominguez who became a free agent.

The Blue Jays have already added quite a few players to their bullpen but it looks like they are not done just yet as multiple insiders expect them to continue adding.
There has been some rumors of the Jays being interested in bringing Dominguez back to Toronto but it looks like they have some competition from their divisional rivals.

Seranthony Dominguez seems to have a lot of interest from multiple teams

According to recent reports, Dominguez is gathering quite a bit of interest from multiple teams on the free agent market as he is one of the top relief pitchers still available.
Seranthony Dominguez is drawing strong interest from MLB teams. Industry sources expect him to land a multi-year deal.

He just turned 31, has had zero IL stints the past two seasons, and has averaged 97.0 mph over the last four years.
The Blue Jays divisional rivals, the Boston Red Sox, seem to be interested in Dominguez as they are in need of a couple relief pitchers as they parted ways with a few pitchers at the end of the season.
The Red Sox are known to be looking for bullpen upgrades. According to Sean McAdam and Chris Cotillo of MassLive, right-hander Seranthony Dominguez is one specific name they have checked in on, though the report suggests nothing is imminent. --McDonald

While a deal does not seem to be imminent, the Red Sox seem to be the front runners to sign Dominguez this off-season.
If these deal goes through, there is a good chance the Blue Jays turn to the trade market to find the remaining pieces to their bullpen.
