The Toronto Blue Jays are still waiting to find out when shortstop Bo Bichette will be back in the lineup and he finally gave an update.

Manager John Schneider recently told the media that if the Blue Jays did not win the division, there would be no chance Bichette would play in Wild Card round and was questionable for the ALDS.

During the Blue Jays celebrations yesterday, Bichette spoke to reporters regarding his love for his teammates, stating that his teammates are easy to root for.

Bichette also spoke on how he has been feeling lately with his recovery which he stated that he is feeling better every day but that he still does not have an exact return date in mind.

Bo Bichette, probably the #BlueJays player who will most benefit from the bye, on getting back the team for a DS:

“I'm feeling better every day. I'm feeling better. I don't have a date, but I will be doing everything that I possibly can to get back.”

The Blue Jays star shortstop also added that he is doing everything in his power to push to be back in the lineup as quickly as possible.

The best case scenario would be that the Blue Jays have him back for SAturday's matchup but that is still not for certain.
