Dodgers pitcher Roki Sasaki breaks why he chose Los Angeles over the Blue Jays

Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Roki Sasaki spoke to the media last night and shared why he ended up signing with Los Angeles instead of the Toronto Blue Jays.
The Dodgers announced their 26-man roster for the World Series this morning in which Sasaki was on once again.

The Blue Jays tried extremely hard to land Sasaki this past off-season and were apparently extremely close as they even traded for Myles Straw just to get additional bonus pool money to land Sasaki.
Sasaki ended up signing with the Dodgers which not many saw coming as he had mentioned he did not want to go to a big market team but ended up on one of the biggest teams in the league.
During an interview ahead of game 1 of the World Series, Sasaki stated that he ended up going with Los Angeles but stated that the decision was actually very close, to the point where he can't even express why he chose the Dodgers.
Roki Sasaki said he was "strongly considering" the #BlueJays and was "definitely" close to signing with Toronto.
"It's actually really hard to express why I eventually chose the Dodgers.»
If it is this difficult for Sasaki to explain his decision, clearly going to Toronto was seriously on the table for him.

Roki Sasaki was almost a Blue Jay
The Blue Jays ended up doing quite well this season without Sasaki as thye get ready for the World Series tonight.
Meanwhile Sasaki who struggled a bit this season with a 4.46 ERA in 36.1 innings pitched has been great in the playoffs with a 1.13 ERA in 8 innings pitched.
