Atlanta Brave claim former Blue Jays pitcher Josh Walker

The Braves then jumped on the chance to acquire him and claimed him off waivers along with a few other moves.
Braves Roster Moves
Atlanta claims two arms from the Orioles:
RHP Carson Ragsdale - 6'8” with strikeout upside, back for a 2nd look after brief DFA stint in ATL
LHP Josh Walker - lefty depth, out of options, must stick on MLB roster

The Orioles were likely hoping to have Walker slip through the cracks and not have him claimed to clear up a roster spot for a new signing but it looks like the Braves though he was worth the shot.
The #Braves today claimed RHP Carson Ragsdale and LHP Josh Walker off waivers from the Baltimore Orioles.

Walker has had a rough last year bouncing around a few teams but only seeing playing time in the majors with the Blue Jays where he finished with a 7.20 ERA in 5 innings pitched across 3 games.
