George Springer issues interesting statement after being ejected yesterday

The Blue Jays took on the Angels yesterday and during the game, fans saw George Springer lose his cool due to a bad call which led to him being ejected.
George Springer spoke to reporters after the game stating that the pitch really did hit him and that he wouldn't lie. He also added that he understands why he was ejected and that he believes that he shouldn't have gotten angry the way he did because he believes it sets a bad example for all the kids watching.
Clearly Springer understands that it was not the proper way to handle the situation even though some fans mentioned how they liked the passion they saw from him after the call, proving how much he cares.
