Great update from Yimi Garcia concerning his injury

Blue Jays pitcher Yimi Garcia spoke to reporters this morning regarding his recovery process that seems to be going well.

Garcia had a pitching session that went very well yesterday and will now head to Buffalo for a rehab start on Saturday.

Yimi Garcia said his side session yesterday went well and feels good this morning. He's joining Buffalo tomorrow and will pitch for the Bisons on rehab Saturday. Thinking is he'll need at least a couple outings before next steps

This is great news for the Blue Jays after it was announced yesterday that Jordan Romano had surgery and will now be out for at least 6 weeks.
