Blair apparently ended up doubling down on the subject stating that he would even trade Varsho for a reliever basically stating they should simply just trade Varsho.
Jeff Blair double downed on trading Varsho for a reliever and there are people who actually take him and Barker seriously.

These comments seem so out of touch because Varsho is one of the best defensive outfielder in the MLB and has been a massive piece for the Blue Jays over the past few years.
Unless the Blue Jays will be getting an all-star caliber player that would completely change things for them, Varsho should be untouchable.
