Toronto Blue Jays closer Jeff Hoffman spoke to the media this afternoon and did not hold back when he stated what the team needs to do to get the job done.
Toronto played some of their best baseball of the season against the New York Yankees but it has unfortunately not been the same story against the Seattle Mariners so far this series.
During an interview today, Hoffman was very open that the Blue Jays will simply need to execute their game plan if they want to get back in this series and it isn't a new pitch or secret play that will make that happen.
«It's going to come down to how well you can execute your game plan.. there are not going to be any secrets, any new pitches you're bringing out, or anything like that. Everybody knows who you are at this point in the year.»
While the Blue Jays seem to be quite motivated for this next game as they will try to bounce back, the Mariners do not plan on just backing down as manager Dan Wilson stated during his press conference today.
«Obviously, it's a very advantageous position. We're excited about that, I think the focus is tomorrow night That's kind of how we've done this all along, is just we're it taking one day at a time.»

The Blue Jays have a ton of skill in their lineup and can realistically come back in this series but they will need everyone at the top of their game for that to happen.
Bieber will need a big bounce back performance tomorrow after how he pitched last game but everyone in Toronto is confident he is able of doing it.
