Toronto Blue Jays manager John Schneider has been doing a great job lately by holding players accountable which is what he did during an interview regarding Vladimir Guerrero Jr.
Guerrero has been going through a tough stretch so far this month and it has been a slower season than usual which has fans all over him due to the massive contract he signed at the start of the year.

There is no denying that Guerrero has been having an off year which Schneider recently commented on during an interview stating what he wants to see from his superstar.
Schneider stated that the team does not need Guerrero to be Superman and win games singlehandedly, they just need him to bring that power that he has which is the player than they signed.

Guerrero is a game changing type of player that can win a series for the team if he is playing at the top of his game but also can be the reason the Blue Jays lose if he does not deliever.
