Despite a shaky outing and giving up a home run, in the matchup vs the Chicago White Sox, Romano came into the 9th inning to close out the 3-1 lead for the Blue Jays.
In his last 9 save opportunists, he has sealed the deal 8 times, which also put him 3rd all-time on the Blue Jays career save list. He now totals 105 career saves, passing Roberto Osuna and just 16 saves behind Duane Ward.
