According to insider Jon Heyman, the Toronto Blue Jays and Detroit Tigers are the two teams most likely to land Bregman this off-season and it will simply come down to who can get the closest to his target of $200 million.

While some fans are worried about signing Bregman, he will clearly only help their lineup get better especially from an offensive stand point where they struggled immensely last season.
The latest rumors had the Blue Jays offering Bregman to a 7 year deal worth $196 million but there has been no confirmation on if the Tigers have surpassed that number.
While the end of this contract might end up costing the Blue Jays, they will surely get a solid 3-4 seasons out of Bregman before that.
