Former two time all-star Tim Anderson was been DFA'd by the Miami Marlins yesterday.
Anderson has been struggling all season as part of the worst offense in the MLB, he has a .214 batting average, .237 OBP and .463 OPS.
The Marlins move on from Tim Anderson
While Anderson has not been good over the last two seasons, he was once a top tier player who won the batting title in 2019. It will be interesting to see what happens in the coming days and if another team decides to take a chance on him.
