The Toronto Blue Jays negotiations came to an end with Vladimir Guerrero Jr at the start of Spring Training and the final offer the team made has finally been announced.
The big story all of Spring Training has been around Guerrero and his negotiations as little bits of information continue to leak out but the two parties are still nowhere near coming to an agreement which is why it looks like he is headed for free agency.

Reports came out this evening in which final announced how much the Blue Jays offered Guerrero right before negotiations were ended due to the deadline that Guerrero placed.
According to MLB insider Jon Heyman, the Blue Jays final offer to Guerrero before Spring Training was about $500 million but the term is still unknown which Guerrero ended up turning down.

It's clear now Vladdy is looking for a monster pay day and was hitting free agency regardless.
This contract would have been the third highest contract in MLB history but it looks like Guerrero is still looking for more than the Blue Jays were offering which he made clear in his most recent interview.

Fans are already all over social media as they cannot believe that Guerrero would turn down such a massive offer pointing out that he clearly always planned on entering free agency.
