MLB insider Robert Murray made a pretty big announcement regarding the Juan Soto situation with the Blue Jays. According to Murray, the talk around the league after the GM meetings is that the Blue Jays have a real chance at signing Soto even if they were not one of the top candidates at the beginning of free agency.
