Nate Pearson seriously injures a player and gets tossed in Cubs debut

Pitcher Nate Pearson had his first game with the Cubs last night since being traded and things went quite poorly.

Pearson gave up a home run then decided to drill Reds Tyler Stephenson in the head which caused him to be ejected from his first game with his new team.

He was then ejected in his debut with the Cubs

The Cubs went on to lose 7-1 with Pearson giving up 1 hit, 1 earned run with 1 strikeout in 1.1 innings.
