This past week superstar free agent Juan Soto met with multiple teams including the Toronto Blue Jays and New York Mets in which information regarding their offer has now been circulating.

The Blue Jays are believed to have no real shot in landing Soto even though they held the first meeting with him and according to reports, Soto was very impressed by what they had to say.

Information announced regarding the Blue Jays and Mets offers for Juan Soto

According to Blue Jays reporter Hector Gomez, the Blue Jays meeting with Soto went incredibly well and he added that fans will be shocked to find out how much the Blue Jays want Soto and are willing to pay for him.

The Blue Jays are far from the only team looking into Soto and the Mets who are set to be the favorites to land him have apparently come in at a lower average than the Yankees per season but surpasses them in total value and years.

SOURCE: The Yankees would be willing to give Soto a better offer based on annual average than the Mets; but the Mets' offer would exceed the Yankees' offer in years and total value.

There has been no update as to how much the Blue Jays have offered Soto but if they are truly that interested in signing him, it is likely in the same range as the Mets and Yankees.
