Outstanding update announced concerning Toronto Blue Jays veteran Daulton Varsho

The Blue Jays have been missing a few key pieces of their lineup due to injuries over the last couple months but that has not stopped them from dominating opponents as they current have the best record in the MLB.

Varsho's quad injury has taken a lot longer than expected to heal but he is finally approaching a return as he has been dominating at the plate during his rehab assignments.

Yesterday Varsho hit his third homerun in three games while playing with the Buffalo Bisons proving that his bat speed is exactly where it needs to be for his return to the majors.

Varsho bat power and hitting ability is not the issue right now since he is clearly ready for the majors, the Blue Jays are likely still waiting a few more days before bringing him up just to make sure his quad is fully healed.

Getting Varsho back will be huge for the Blue Jays but the next problem will be trying to figure out who they should send back to the minors when they activate him from IL.
