Schneider seems to be purposely sabotaging the Jays are recent awful decision

Blue Jays fans cannot make any sense of manager John Schneider's most recent decision regarding Addison Barger and Spencer Horwitz.
Schneider decided to put both Horwitz and Barger on the bench yesterday against the Red Sox while George Springer and Justin Turner were both in the lineup.
What are we doing here Schneider?
Horowitz has been unbelievable since being brought up batting .333 with a .419 OBP and 9 hits in 27 at bats. Barger on the other hand went 2 for 4 last game with a crucial RBI against the Guardians and was rewarded for his great performance by being benched the following game.
While these players might be young, they are clearly outplaying the vets which is why it makes no sense that they are not in the lineup.
