Spencer Horwitz getting shafted by the MLB

Blue Jays rookie Spencer Horwitz has been phenomenal this season but continues to not get the full recognition for his play by the league.
Horwitz is in the top 3 WRC+ among rookies yet is still no where in the top 10 for MLB rookie power rankings meaning he ahs no shot of winning rookie of the year.
