A recent report proves just how bad the Blue Jays front office has been over the last 5 years at drafting players.
The Blue Jays are currently tied for last with the Red Sox when it comes to players drafted in the last 5 years making MLB appearances which both have a total of 4 and the Blue Jays have 2 from the top 5 rounds and 2 from later rounds.

It is hard not to point the finger directly and Ross Atkins and Mark Shapiro regarding this disaster, especially when the Braves, Yankees and Orioles all have more than 12 players that have appeared in games.
Clearly something needs to change when it comes to how the Blue Jays make decisions at the draft.
