The Toronto Blue Jays announced quite a few big promotions yesterday involving some of their top prospects such as Khal Stephen.
The Blue Jays have one of the worst farm systems in baseball according to the rankings which has them in 27th as of right now but that does not mean they don't have some solid young prospects.

The Blue Jays announced last night that pitcher Khal Stephen who has been having an incredible first season in professional baseball has been promoted to Double-A with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats.

Stephen (No. 9 prospect) has a 1.75 ERA with 97 K in 87.2 IP. One of the best stories in their system this year.
He'll join Trey Yesavage in a stacked AA rotation including Juaron Watts-Brown and Kendry Rojas.
So far this season Stephen has an impressive 1.75 ERA in 87.2 innings pitched with the Vancouver Canadians in High-A ball which has now led to his promotion to pitcher along side Trey Yesavage.
According to reports, the Blue Jays also decided to promote outfielder Victor Arias as he is headed to Double-A as well while catcher Edward Duran and second baseman Sam Shaw will be promoted to High-A in Vancouver.
