The Toronto Blue Jays have quite a few players on the injured list in which they announced big updates regarding Daulton Varsho, Antony Santander, Alek Manoah and a bunch of others.

Fans seem to be quite excited to get Manoah back in the lineup who has been recovering from Tommy John surgery, it has been a strange few years but many are hoping he can return to the pitcher he once was.

Varsho who hurt himself in late May seems to finally be getting back into things as he was running the bases yesterday and will hopefully soon be back in the lineup but not before a rehab assignment.
Sportsnet's Shi Davidi relayed that Daulton Varsho continued to run the bases on Monday and will do so again on Wednesday. The 29-year-old centre fielder is working his way back from a hamstring strain in late May. Varsho resumed running the bases last Thursday after he was shut down from the activity due to some tightness flaring up in June. -Sportsnet

Santander on the other hand has yet to resume hitting as he was recently put on the 60 day IL but as he has yet to progress in his recovery, he will surely not be back right after the all-star break as many expected.
Anthony Santander, meanwhile, has yet to begin hitting. Schneider said the outfielder's return to hitting will come "hopefully soon." Toronto's top off-season acquisition was moved to the 60-day injured list on Friday and won't be eligible to be activated until the end of July. -Sportsnet

Manoah, Bowden Francis and Yimi Garcia are all progressing towards a return as well but are all in very different stages of their recovery as Francis is probably the furthest along.
Injury updates:
*Gimenez/Garcia back in Toronto, continuing treatment on their respective ankles.
*Guerrero's foot is ok. "Foot feeling better"
*Varsho ran bases, repeat Wednesday
*Santander not hitting yet
*Manoah another 2 up live tomorrow
*Francis has thrown 1 side in Fla
The Blue Jays still have a ton of players on IL but hopefully they will get them all back in the second half of the season and in time for playoffs.
Out of all the injured players, the biggest worry is Santander who the Blue Jays gave a big contract to last off-season but have barely got any use out of him due to his injury and lack of success at the plate in 2025.
Hopefully Santander will play again this season and will be better at the plate after recovering from this shoulder injury.
