The Blue Jays announced this afternoon that Daulton Varsho is expected to play 3-5 innings at centerfield today in Dunedin and is then expected to be in Triple-A by next Monday.
Daulton Varsho (hamstring) progressing with plans to play 3-5 innings of CF in rehab game today. Expected to continue rehab work for another week or so at least, perhaps with triple-A Buffalo by Monday
Garcia on the other hand has had another setback as the team found ulnar nerve symptoms in his right elbow despite him being out with an ankle injury which means he will be out for a while.

Finally, Santander has yet to begin swinging a bat despite being expected to return in August but the team stated that they will be working on a plan in Toronto soon with him to get him back out there.
Anthony Santander (shoulder) still not swinging a bat though he's gradually feeling better per mgr John Schneider. Plan is for him to come to Toronto soon and meet with team staff to help shape plan from here.
