The Blue Jays are all in on free agent pitcher Max Fried according to MLB insider Jeff Passan
Fried is one of the top free agents on the board this off-season and will likely be signing for a lot of money but will be worth every penny if continues to play the way he did last season with a 3.25 ERA and 166 strikeouts in 174.1 innings pitched.
MLB insider Jeff Passan announced that the Blue Jays are all in on trying to sign Fried who is projected to sign for around $136 million on a 6 year contract which is a great deal for how great a pitcher he is.

If the Blue Jays are able to add Fried to their starting rotation next season and even possibly another starting pitcher of high caliber, they will likely have one of the best rotations in the American League.
The Blue Jays will also need to move Yariel Rodriguez to their bullpen if they end up signing another pitcher as they would need to make room for him in their starting rotation and have discussed making Rodriguez a relief pitcher next season.
Will the Blue Jays end up signing Max Fried?
